For example, a date message might be encoded as: 2018-05-01 17:27:00 1) A date message can be represented as: “2018-05,01,01 00:00:00” or “2018,01.”

The dates in the date message are represented as a list of dates that are equal to “2018,” “2017,” and “2016.”

A list that contains only “2016” is the only valid date, but you can also write it as “2016-01-02” (the first date in a list), or “2017-03-01” (last date in the list).

If you need to encode the date, you need an integer value representing the first date.

If you want to encode an integer, you have to write it in a string format, which means you need a string containing a number, which usually comes in two forms: a literal number, like 1, and a string that is represented by a space character, like “”.

These forms are called encodings.

You should encode dates using integers and strings, because they have more precision.
